'26 Fort Wayne Academy Details

Concept

• A training option to current club volleyball, using a month-on, month off, approach.
• Train hard then recover and recharge...say NO to burnout! 
• Designed to provide elite coaching for FW-area athletes.
• Phases are 4 weeks long, 2x weekly. Four Phases offered! 
• Two SPA sessions weekly (SPEED, PLYO, AGILITY)
• Sessions for all levels, including KIDZ, in '26. 
• Scrimmages vs clubs possible, in later Phases. 
• Coach Randy directs all training!
• A total focus on fun and your players individual goals. 
• Sand sessions possible. 

Scrimmages

• Teams will likely compete in competitive scrimmages, especially in Spring Phases.
• All scrimmages hosted by 4U Academy or at a club facility within 40 miles of downtown FW.

Purpose

• To provide outstanding coaching to athletes grades 6-12.
• To be a smart alternative to the commitment of club volleyball. 
• To put your dollars directly into the improvement of the athlete, not hotels and pricey uniforms. 
• To prepare any player for their next goals, such as college volleyball or competitive club/school teams.
• It is possible that Academy athletes are chosen to participate in a major event or two in early summer.

• Spring 1     March 2 - 24, '2026
• Spring 2     April 20-May 12, 2026

Player Limits 

Approximately 10 athletes accepted per level.

• 10% discount per sibling (all programming)
• 5% discount for each additional Phase attended
• 4U Members can apply up to two Academies! 

Who Should Attend in November?

For most, this mid-November Academy allows for a month rest from their school seasons. This rest can be optimal, depending on the intensity of the players training. The real benefit of a November session is they retain their Fall skills and can more quickly make improvements. Taking multiple months off slows down the process, obviously. Beginning in November, 4U Volleyball will offer a month on, month off approach with our Academy.
