About 4U

4U VB exists to support YOU and your family through the very complex times of modern volleyball, from developing youth players to assisting with college recruitment to consulting with clubs and schools. Boys and girls, men or women. 4U VB has the experience to assist all levels. After a lifetime of volleyball, both the joys and frustrations, I have formed 4U VB so that families might enjoy the experience. Knowledge is power but it's also comfort. We prioritize your journey and help you navigate though it.

• Coach has 40 years of professional volleyball coaching experience at all levels.  
• Coached at the D1 level for 25 years, including 20 as HC at Ball State University. 
• While at BSU, teams won 9 Mid-American Conference championships and appeared in several NCAA tournaments, winning twice. 
• During tenure at BSU, players were named All-Americans; All-Region; and All-Conference at record levels, while also leading campus teams in GPA. 
• Coach also played, starting here in FW at Harding HS then to Ball State, playing several positions with primary as Setter. 
• As a player, Coach was named captain and MVP at Ball State and earned All-American honors after helping get the '84 to to the NCAA Final Four. 
• And, Coach was also a VolleyDad, perhaps the best and most interesting role of all! 
• Training individual player development and positional, small group training is currently priority.
