Our Purpose
4U VB exists to support YOU and your family through the very complex times of modern volleyball, from developing youth players to assisting with college recruitment to consulting with clubs and schools. Boys and girls, men or women. 4U VB has the experience to assist all levels. After a lifetime of volleyball, both the joys and frustrations, I have formed 4U VB so that families might enjoy the experience of volleyball and avoid some of the stresses. Knowledge is power but it's also comfort. We prioritize your journey and help you navigate though it.
About Coach Randy
Coach Randy is a veteran volleyball coach and program builder with 30+ years of experience developing athletes of ALL ages and leading high-performance organizations. Head Coach at Ball State University for two decades, he led teams to 9 NCAA tournaments and built one of the nation’s most respected programs. Randy has since founded and scaled multiple elite volleyball clubs and training systems, helping develop 1,000+ athletes from beginners to Olympians.
