Contract with Coach Litchfield and 4U Volleyball to enjoy sudden results with your ability to spot player skill problems, reach into a new tool box and have much quicker fixes with your athletes and teams. Or, consider 4U Volleyball as a service capable of training your organization's entire coaching staff, in either a single training session or a series of shorter session. Coach applies a very simple, common sense approach to your development. First, if you think you require a drill catalogue 8 inches thick, forget that nonsense, though it can impressive and shows a coach's dedication. Complex drills and spending hours designing them only distracts us from what helps us truly develop young people and teams. In fact, the fancier and more complicated we try to be the more confused our athletes become, lengthening the learning process...    K.I.S.S.   KEEP. IT. SIMPLE. n SANE. or something like that. 

4U advocates for a simple approach to to learning, but a committed approach. Many coaches are too busy bouncing from drill to drill and concept to concept to actually become proficient at anything. But their practice court can look very impressive due to all the moving parts. We love effectiveness and efficiency and want to show you how to maximize your time and your training. We love healthy athletes and coaches who train hard, with conviction and get things done.
