About 4U in Florida
4U VB exists to support YOU and your family through the very complex times of modern volleyball, ranging from developing youth players to assisting with college recruitment to consulting with clubs and schools...boys and girls, men or women. After a lifetime of volleyball, experiencing all the joys and frustrations, I have formed 4UVB simply to help families navigate their journey. Knowledge is power but it's also comfort. We prioritize your journey and help you navigate though it.
About Coach Randy
- 40+ years of professional volleyball coaching experience at all levels.
- 20 years D1 Head Coaching experience at Ball State University.
- Most recent 20 years of experience at the youth levels!
- Teams at BSU won 9 Mid-American championships and 9 NCAA bids.
- Coached several All-American and All-Region players.
- As a former player, Coach was named captain and MVP at Ball State and earned All-American honors after helping get the '84 to to the NCAA Final Four.
- A VolleyDad, perhaps the best, most interesting and educational role of all!

Spring Break Training in PC Beach!
Spring Break is right around the corner and Panama City Beach has long been a great destination. If you are considering vacationing in PCB this spring AND want to improve your volleyball skills while on vacation, register for 4U Volleyball's training series. Each week during the spring break season 4U will provide scheduled programming (see below), as well as hosting private/group lessons for those wanting a more personalized approach.
- Training offered by 4UVB while your family enjoys Spring Break.
- M/W/F each beginning March 9, 2026 and ending April 10, 2026.
- Times...Beginner 9-10a; Intermediate 9-11a; Advanced 11-1p.
- Beginner fee...$75
- Advanced/Intermediate fee...$150
- Monday and Wednesday sessions indoors; Friday session on the beach.
- Coach Randy leads all sessions, with support from staff.
- Girls and boys welcome!
- Private and/or 'buddy' lessons offered on Tues/Thurs during Spring Break
- Payment made via Venmo/PayPal after email confirmation.
- Participants receive lightweight 4UVB hoodie!
- Facilities TBA
