Warsaw Academy Details

• A unique program built for boys/girls in the Warsaw area interested in improving their game. 
• Two distinct Phases in '24-'25, separate phases for boys and girls to accommodate their school seasons. 
• Phases are 7 weeks long, 2x weekly.
• One AMPS session weekly.
• Scrimmages vs clubs possible.
• Coach Randy directs all training!
• $650 per Phase - your money goes directly in volleyball and not travel and expensive uniforms. 
• Sign up for both Phases, or just a single. Discount for both Phases.
• A total focus on and fun and player development based on individual goals. 
• Sand sessions possible. 

• To provide outstanding coaching to athletes grades 6-12.
• To be a smart alternative to the full-fledged commitment of club volleyball. 
• To put your dollars directly into the improvement of your son/daughter, not hotels and pricey uniforms. 
• To prepare any player for their next goals, such as college volleyball or competitive club/school teams.
• Men's VB at the collegiate level is growing and scholarships do exist. 
• It is possible that Academy athletes are chosen to participate in a major event or two in early summer. 

• Goal of two training groups per Phase selected not by age or grade but by stage of development.
• Any athlete NOT registered with an AAU or USAV club in '25 is welcome to join the Academy. 
• Current club athletes are able to book lessons via 4U Volleyball. 
• A max of 12 players will be accepted; a minimum of 5 athletes required to operate Phase. 
• It is possible that boys and girls combine, if needed to form a full group, especially with younger, developing players.

• Vineyard Church (formerly Baker Youth Center)
• All training will be in the Warsaw area and might include some outdoor training. 

• All groups train 2x weekly, M-Th.
• PHASE I is TUES/THURS, 4-6p. 
• PHASE II days TBD.
• Optional weekend position training offered.
• AMPS training 1x weekly. 
• AMPS will be part of practice and overlap, allowing AMPS coach to handle both groups simultaneously. 
• All 4U training is designed to minimize injuries, but none more than AMPS training. 

• Teams will likely compete in competitive scrimmages.
• All scrimmages will be either hosted by 4U Academy or at a club facility within 50 miles of downtown Warsaw.

• Fees will include facility, coaching, training tees (mandatory), insurance and scrimmages, if available. 
• $650 per Phase; fee is all-inclusive. 
• Registration and $250 fee required to hold position. 
• Installments available (see fee schedule).

                   Phase 3 Information:

• Phase 3 fees are all-inclusive, with the exception of travel. 
• Selected event will likely be within driving distance, possibly the Nike/JVA Summerfest held in Columbus, Ohio, May 31-June 1 Site...Greater Columbus Convention Center. 
• Your travel expense should range from $500-$1000 per family, based on 3-4 night hotel and food.
