The rapidly growing homeschool volleyball world operates uniquely and have their own unique sets of goals. This is a rapidly growing segment of every community and often operates with volunteer coaches. 4U uses an online video system, clinics and regular communication to assist in your homeschool program. Just reach out to discuss what we can do for your organization. 

Whether you know of a small school corporation out in the county or a church program running competitive volleyball, 4U can provide coaching clinics, as well as player clinics, that will supplement and expedite the growth of your program, allowing for more joy in the game. Some areas addressed are practice planning and efficiency; learning and understanding your team; prioritizing skill development and thinking critically. 

Coach Randy was recruited to play college athletics....albeit a few years ago (maybe a few decades ago). He then recruited 100s of athletes to Ball State University over his 20+ year career. Additionally, Coach spent over 10 years working the club game assisting over 100 athletes get to colleges and universities, all while help parent his own two kids through the process. All this experience makes him and 4U a great resource to guide you through this stressful, yet very fun and exciting process. 

As our game does nothing but grow it should become easier for families to navigate. Whether you brand new to volleyball or are drowning in the frustrations, its easy to become inundated with either too much information or totally failed with a lack of accurate information. I have a vast amount of experience, ranging from parenting young volleyballers just like yours, to years of college coaching. I've played at some of the highest levels but began not knowing a thing, just like your kids. But those were far simpler times. You are facing far more decision than what my parents or I had to work through. Lack of trusted knowledge leads to fear and mistakes. This entire period of life should be FUN and not filled with all this stress I've seen! Our experience and passion to help families have more fun might help you!

4U has vast experience in facility, operation, usage, including court arrangement, setup and new-build facility planning. Coach Litchfield has set up volleyball venues from construction stages to completion. While not claiming to be an architect, Coach Litch understands usage and function, allowing facility operators to maximize square footage.
