High level, intense scrimmage situations will be another focus of 4U Academy, provided as an alternative to traveling and competing. Scrimmages will allow us to measure our improvements and to prepare for the possible formation of a team(s) later in the Spring.

Register and reserve your spot now! To maintain an individual approach to training, Coach will allow a maximum of 12 athletes per group. Keeping numbers low allows for better use of video platforms and provides for proper reps and some team-oriented play.
